摘要
由于氧化还原体系K2 Cr2 O7/Na2 SO3 交联HPAM强度较低 ,不适用于高渗透层、大孔道的封堵 ,文中主要研究了HPAM -间苯二酚—六次甲基四胺冻胶调剖剂体系 ,并考察了各因素对成胶时间和冻胶粘度的影响。实验结果表明 ,未反应的体系可泵性良好 ,溶液的pH值影响成胶时间和粘度 ,适宜的pH值为 3 .0~ 4.0 ,复合醛加量为 0 .42 % ,间苯二酚的合适用量为 0 .0 5 % ,HPAM的用量为 0 .8% ,得到的冻胶粘度在 330Pa·s以上。 6 0℃时 30d内不破胶不析水 ,表现出较好的热稳定性 ,同时具有很高的耐盐容能力。岩心实验表明 ,挤入该溶液后 ,可以对高渗透岩心实行有效封堵 ,对渗透率为 19μm2 的岩心封堵率达到 98%以上。
Based on the short jelly time and weak jelly of HPAM-k 2Cr 2O 7-Na 2SO 3 jelly system HPAM resorcin-hexamethylanetetramine used for loss circulation control and profile control are developed.The effects of pH value,concentration of HPAM and amount of resorcin and hexamethylenetetramine on jelly time and jelly strength were investigated.The result shows that suitable conditions are as followings: range of PH value is from 3.0 to 4.0,the addition of HPAM is 0.8%,resorcin is 0.05% ,hexamethylenetetramine is 0.42%.The jelly has very high strength(>330 Pa·s),and does not breakdown,and has no water precipitation after 30d at 60℃,also it has good thermal stability,and high salt-resisiting ability.The core test show that plugging rate of the system to high permeability core with as high as 19μm 2 reach over 98%.
