摘要
文章首先介绍了弹性石墨无毒、无味、性能稳定的特点。并介绍了将弹性石墨作为固体润滑剂应用于水基钻井液所进行的系列实验研究 ,包括弹性石墨对钻井液滤失性及流变性的影响、对钻井液润滑性能的改善等 ,以及通过对不同加量下的弹性石墨对钻井液性能的改善效果确定其合理加量。研究结果表明 ,弹性石墨与实验用水基钻井液相容性良好 ,对流变性影响很小 ,具有降低钻井液滤失量的作用 ,并且能明显地改善钻井液润滑性能 ,是抗温性能优良的钻井液润滑剂 ;在钻井液中加入 0 .3 %弹性石墨后 ,在 15 0℃高温条件下老化 16h后 ,可以将钻井液的润滑系数降低 3 0 .4% ,滤饼粘滞系数降低 3 0 .1%。
Elastic graphite is of the following characters, i. e. non-toxicity, tastelessness and stabilization. A series of experimental researches were carried out for applying elastic graphite (as a solid lubricant) to water based drilling fluid. which includes the influence of elastic graphite on the filterability and rheological property of drilling fluid, the improvement on the lubricity of drilling fluid and the determination of a reasonably added amount of elastic graphite. Through research it is shown that elastic graphite is of good consistency with the water-based drilling fluid used for experiments, a little influence on rheological property, the action of reducing the filtration of drilling fluid and the capacity of obviously improving the lubricity of drilling fluid, so it is a drilling fluid lubricant with good heat-resisting property;and the lubricating factor of drilling fluid will be decreased by 30.4% and the coefficient of viscosity of filter cake by 30. 1%, after adding 0. 3 percent of elastic graphite to the drilling fluid and ageing the drilling fluid at high temperature 150°C for 16 hours.
