井下节流技术在长庆气田的应用

APPLICATION OF DOWNHOLE CHOKING TECHNIQUE IN CHANGQING GAS FIELD

长庆气田采用高压集气集中注醇工艺流程 ,部分气井及集气管线在生产运行过程中暴露出堵塞严重等问题 ,为此开展井下节流技术的研究和应用具有重要的实际意义。文章结合井下节流工艺技术在长庆气田应用的大量现场试验资料 ,简述了该工艺的基本原理 ,定量分析了该项工艺技术应用对提高气流携液能力。

The technological process of the high-pressure gas gathering and concentrated alcohol injection is adopted in Changqing Gas Field but some problems as serious plugging-up, etc., have been found in the processes of production/operation of partial gas wells/gas gathering piperline, so that it is very important to carry out the research and application of downhole choking technique. In combination with a great number of on-site testing data on the application of downhole choking technique in Changqing Gas Field, the basic principle of such a technique is simply stated and the experiences and knowledges of using the technique for raising the liquid-carried capacity of gas flow, for improving the hydrate-formed conditions and for reducing the number of times of pipeline's being plugged are quantitatively analyzed in the paper.
