摘要
本文提出的有效压实锻造法新技术,给出了能充分消除钢锭中空洞性缺陷的临界锻造条件。在此条件下,锻造中的可变形固态缺陷也将得到充分改善,并且,能在尽可能少的锻造工步和能源消耗内实现上述目的。
A new forging technique is put forward by this paper, which is defined as Effective Consolidation Forging Method. There is a forging criterions included in the method under which all the inner void defects of the large ingots will be closed completely as well as the solid defects improved effectively. The new technique also has superiories in forging efficency and cost saving compare with the other forging methods so far.
