摘要
长期以来,回扣一直是阻碍旅游业健康发展的顽疾,旅游主管部门也曾运用各种手段对其进行整治,然而收效甚微。但从导游人员收入分配制度这一角度来分析旅游行业中回扣存在的经济原因,必须引入公务员制度改革中“高薪养廉”,以及市场营销学中“认知价值定价”的概念,才是彻底解决该问题的办法。
The commission issue has been the long - time headache for the well - developed tourism industry. And many possible means that the tourism department adopted to crack down on the issue has turned out to be a failure. From the perspective of the distribution manner of tour guide' s income, this passage analyses the economic cause of the commission existence, and tries to come up with a thorough solution to this issue based on the 'high salary avoids corruption' policy from the political reform of public servant system and the 'recognitory value pricing' conception in marketing.
