热等静压对K17铸造高温合金σ相析出的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究了热等静压对K17铸造高温合金中σ相析出的影响。结果表明:热等静压使疏松、孔洞闭合处以及枝晶轴、枝晶间、共晶心、共晶帽等处的元素和组织趋于均习化,从而抑制σ相的析出,并从电子空位数理论上得到了进一步的映证。 The effect of hot-isostatic pressure(HIP)on separating of σ phase of K17 cast superalloy have been investigated.The results showed that because the elements and organizations at porosity-shuting,hole-shuting,dendritic axis,dendritic gap,eutectic heart and eutectic tip were tended to homogeneous contribution by using HIP,the separating of σ phase was restrained.The results were also proved in electron vacancy number theory progressively.
