慢性心功能不全超声心动图改变与中医分型的关系

The Relationship between the Change of Doppler Examinations in Chronic Heart Function Failure and Traditional Chinese Medicine Types

目的:探讨慢性心功能不全超声心动图改变与中医证型的关系。方法:对117例慢性心功能不全患者进行超声心动图检查、中医辨证分型。测定左室收缩、舒张功能及左室解剖结构值,并分析它们与中医证型之间的关系。结果:三组患者收缩及舒张功能均有下降,呈心肾阳虚组↓>气滞血瘀组↓>心肺气虚组↓,心肌重量及心腔内径呈心肾阳虚组↑>气滞血瘀组↑>心肺气虚组↑,室间隔及左室后壁厚度呈气滞血瘀组↑>心肺气虚组↑>心肾阳虚组↑。结论:中医辨证分型具有科学、客观的依据。

Objective: To investigate the relationship between the change of Doppler Examinations in chronic heart function failure and Traditional Chinese Medicine Types. Methods: Doppler Examinations and Traditional Chinese Medicine Types were performed on 117 cases of the studied patients. The left ventricular systolic and diastolic function, anatomical structure value of left ventricular were determined and analyzed the relationship with TCM Types. Results: In three groups of the patients, the systolic and diastolic function were diminished, presenting the value of the group of deficiency of the heart-yang and kidney-yang was bigger than that of the group of blood stasis due to stagnation of qi, and bigger than that of the group of insufficiency of the heart-qi and the lung-qi. Myocardial weight and internal diameter of heart space were enlarged, presenting the value of the group of deficiency of the heart-yang and kidney-yang was bigger than that of the group of blood stasis due to stagnation of qi, and bigger than that of the group of insufficiency of the heart-qi and the lung-qi. Interventricular septurn and paries posterior thickness of left ventricular presenting the value of the group of blood stasis due to stagnation of qi was bigger than that of insufficiency of the heart-qi and the lung-qi, and bigger than that of the group of deficiency of the heart-yang and kidney-yang. Conclusion: TCM Types in chronic heart function failure existed objective and scientific basis.
