Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Miyankang Capsule by HPLC

目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定泌炎康胶囊中绿原酸含量的方法。方法:采用YMC-C18柱;流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸(13∶87);检测波长为324 nm。结果:该方法的线性范围为0.08～0.42g(r=0.9999,n=6),平均回收率为100.35%,RSD=1.37%。结论:本方法简便、准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于该制剂成分的含量测定。

Objective:To establish a method of HPLC determination of chlorogenic acid in Miyankang Capsule. Method: HPLC analysis is carried out on YMC-C18 column and in acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid (13∶87) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength is 324nm. Results:The method is linear within the range of 0.08～0.42礸(r=0.9999,n=6), and the average recovery is 100.35%, RSD=1.37%. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate, highly sensitive and reproducible. It may be used for the quantitative determination of chlorogenic acid in Miyankang Capsule.
