摘要
国有大中型企业办医院是计划经济的产物。企业医院是全社会卫生资源的重要组成部分。企业医院社会化实质上是管理体制、运行机制适应市场经济变化的过程,是医疗资源的调整、重组与优化的过程。企业是实施社会化和将企业医院分离的主体,应尊重企业的意志与选择。文章提出了从企业意愿出发等多种分离的方式与形式。
The hospital managed by state - owned enterprise which was large - middle type was a products of planning economics. It was an important part of health resources of the whole society. The sepsaration of the enterprise - hospital was substantilaay a procedure which was for the management system and running - mechanism to fit in with the change of the market economics and a procedure which aws for adjustment, restructure and optimization. The enterprise was a principal part by which ias separated. The selection of the enterprises would be respected. In the paper, it awas suggested that the separated modality would be conform to desire of the enterprises.
