内分泌疾病的基因治疗研究进展
摘要
内分泌疾病领域中应用基因治疗的思路主要有 :转基因治疗激素单一缺乏的垂体性尿崩症、生长激素缺乏症和 2 1羟化酶缺乏症等 ;基因转导调节机体免疫状态治疗自身免疫性甲状腺炎和 1型糖尿病等 ;转导增强免疫、杀灭或抑制肿瘤的基因 ,治疗垂体、甲状腺。
