钠碘转运体在治疗甲状腺恶性肿瘤中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 大多数恶性甲状腺肿瘤摄取碘的能力显著降低。钠碘转运体 (NIS)是一种能介导碘向细胞内转运的膜蛋白 ,可以配合放射性碘来治疗肿瘤。目前已经利用转基因技术使不表达或低表达NIS的甲状腺恶性肿瘤细胞表达NIS蛋白。同时发现甲状腺肿瘤细胞摄碘能力的下降不仅与NIS合成的量有关 ,而且与NIS是否能正确锚着密切相关。另外 ,当前研究努力的方向除促进NIS的表达和锚着 。
