摘要
目的 用电化学法测定人尿中 8 羟 2′ 脱氧鸟苷 (OH8dG)浓度 ,并探讨其与癌症的关系。方法 尿液依次通过阳、阴离子交换层析后 ,采用HPLC ECD检测其中的OH8dG浓度。结果 该法线性范围为 1~ 10 0μg/L ,最低检出限为 1μg/L ,癌症患者尿中排出的OH8dG明显高于健康成年人 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 该方法灵敏度高 ,尿液中OH8dG的浓度与恶性肿瘤呈正相关 。
Objective To detect the OH 8dG in the urine with ECD method, and study on the relationship between OH 8dG and cancer. Methods The urine passed through cation and anion exchange resin columns and HPLC, then OH 8dG was detected with ECD. Results The linear detection range is from 1 μg/L to 100 μg/L and detection limit is 1 μg/L. The urine OH 8dG level in cancer patients was significantly higher than those in the healthy controls ( P <0.01). Conclusion The concentration of OH 8dG in urine is correlated with the presence of carcinoma.
