摘要
在国际法方面,董必武同志主张废除不平等条约及帝国主义在华特权,坚决反对法西斯侵略暴行,联合各种力量反抗帝国主义违反国际法的行为,并积极投身于国际法实践,参加创建联合国筹备会议,关心中国未来的国际法学研究和教育。
In the field of international law, DONG Bi\|wu maintained to revoke the unfair treaties and abolish the privileges of imperialist countries, fought firmly against facist aggressive savage acts and united all forces to attack the imperialist actions disobeying international law. Besides this, he took actively part in the conference initiating UN, concerned himself with the research and education of international law in the Chinese future.
