摘要
西部大开发是 2 0世纪末党中央面向 2 1世纪制定的第一项重大课题 ,一经提出 ,便引起社会广泛关注。社会各界普遍认为 ,西部大开发在政治、经济、军事以及社会文化等方面具有重大的现实意义和战略意义。随着开发的进一步深入 ,必将对我国社会各个方面产生深远影响。本文试图从国际关系的角度就西部大开发与我国周边安全环境的关系 。
The West development,a great subject, is followed with extensive interests.Generally thinking,the west development has practical and strategic significance in all respects of politics, economy,military,culture and so on.With further developing,Chinese synthetic power will be strengthened.China will have a great influence on Chinese surrounding safety.
