调研报告通过对海原县贾塘乡后塘村村民自治状况的问卷调查和抽样调查 ,探讨了回族贫困社区村民直选过程中的情况、问题、原因和对策 ,为推进少数民族农村贫困社区的民主化进程提供了可操作性的建议。

The authors make rural survey on the situation of autonomy of villagers at houtang village,Haiyuan,in this paper,they analyse some problems and causes about direct election of villagers' in the poor Hui region,meanwhile,they provided relevant suggestion for promoting democracy in poor ethnic minority region.
