Theoretical innovation is inherent in the nature of academic research and requisite to academic progress.Lack of theoretical innovation and academic progress will lead to stagnation in both national and social developmen t.To promote research and innovation and prevent academic corruption,it is ne cessary to reform the present academic system with a view to improving the acad emic environment and academic norms.
