On Prevention of Victim Kidnapping

在追踪调查60例绑架案件和分析福建省公安厅刑警总队犯罪信息库相关资料的基础上,讨论绑架被害人的被害性、被害预防主体的行为与措施,加害人的心理特点等相关因素的相互影响,提出了绑架被害的控制条件与被害预防的关系以及解救人质行动中应注意的几个问题。

This study is based on an analysis of60kidnapping cases and other sources from the archives in the General Criminal Investigation Depart ment,Fujian Public Security Bureau.It discusses the injuries to the kidnapped victims,the interplay between the victim's preventive measures and the psycholo gical conditions of kidnappers.It also examines the relationship between the co ntrol conditions of kidnapping and preventive measures of victims.Then it draws attention to a few problems when action is taken to rescue hostages.
