摘要
教育均衡是人们追求教育公平的现实路径选择,而教育非均衡的现实又是人们关注、迫切希望改变的。教育非均衡的成因是多方面的,但最主要的而且又易被改变的因素往往被忽视。以公共选择理论为基础,从“经济人”范式、官员经济、利益集团三个方面来分析教育非均衡的成因,旨在指出解决中国教育非均衡问题最易于实现的因素,希望对中国实现教育均衡提供有益的启示。
The educational equilibrium is a practical way in which people pursuit educational fairness,so the fact of the educational equilibrium is hopefully to be transformed.There are variable aspects to cause the educational non-equilibrium.However ,the main point has always been ignorant.Based on public choice theory ,thesis analyzes the cause for the educational non-equilibrium in three aspects,including the model of Homo Economicus,bureaucratic economy and interest group ,in order to supply an applicable way to solve the problems of the educational non-equilibrium and to give an enlightment to innovate the educational equilibrium in China.
