传统的理论是制约高校学报发展的一个因素。传统理论不能成为千古不变的永恒的真理。高校学报应关注社会生活,顺应时代潮流,与时俱进,本着实事求是的原则审视传统的理论,并在工作实践中努力探索出在新时代适合高校学报建设与发展的理论依据。

The traditional theory or the conventional practice is one of the factors that hinder the development of the social science transactions of colleges and universities. The traditional thery can never be the eternal truth.Social science transactions of colleges and universities should follow the social realities with close attention,pursue the trends of the times and develop as the society goes. So the traditional theory must be closely examined in accordance with the principle of seeking the truth from the facts so as to discover from the practices the theoretical base suitable to the development and construction of social science transactions of colleges and universities in the new times.
