摘要
按“同类积木块”组合与“异类积木块”组合可将金融工程创新技术分为两大类 ,文章分析了金融工程复制创新技术共性原理方法、个性特点、技巧及创新过程步骤 ,演绎了若干典型衍生工具创新处理方法与技巧 ,并对金融工程创新的作用及意义作了阐述。
Innovation and reproduce in financial project could be classified into two parts according to portfolio with same 'toy bricks' or inequable 'toy bricks'. This article studied common principle and individuality character on innovation and reproduce way in financial engineering, the skill and process of innovation, some typical derivatives way and skill in financial innovation.
