DENG Xiao-ping paid much attention to the opportunity matter and profoundly exposed the relationship between opportunity and development,while leading the national reform and opening up and socialist civilization construction.He warned the whole party that opportunity depends on technology and education.And he encouraged that we should emancipate our mind and take chances.
