该文从人力资本理论产生以来国内外的研究进程进行了综述 ,尤其是对国内学者的观点进行了分析 ,并提出了结合中国国情应用和发展人力资本理论需要解决的问题 :正确区分人力资本与人力资源两个概念、合理确定人力资本投资的内容和理论研究的目的。

The study advance both at home and abroad since the origin of human capital theory is stated comprehensively in this article, and the viewpoint of domestic scholars` is analyzed particularly. The problems to be solved in applying and developing the human capital theory with regards to Chinese condition are brought forward: the definitions of human capital and human resource should be distinguished correctly, the content of human capital investment and the aim of the theoretical study should be determined reasonably.\;
