摘要
战后特别是 60年代以来 ,国际贸易新的变化使传统的贸易理论无法解释。西方学者提出了以不完全竞争和规模经济为前提的战略性贸易理论。该政策主张得到广泛应用 ,日本是成功运用该政策的国家。该文就战略性贸易政策理论及日本的实践作分析 ,同时给我国加入 WTO后的贸易发展以启示。
The traditional trade theory has failed to explain the new changes of the international trade since the postwar, especially since the 1960s.Some scholars of the west conceived out the Strategic Trade Policy theory based on Imperfect Competition and Economy of Scale.This policy has been applied widely and Japan is the country applying this policy successfully. Strategic Trade Policy theory and its practice in Japan are analyzed in this paper. So it can enlighten China improving trade after China joined WTO.
