空白票据若干法律问题探析

空白票据在实务中经常用到 ,目前我国票据法只承认空白支票 ,但具体规定不明确 ,在解释和应用上容易引发歧义、产生混乱。空白票据作为一种将来待生效的票据 ,虽然有利于交易 ,但也存在一些缺陷 ,只有符合相应的要件方生票据效力、方可行使票据权利。

Only in conformity with the relevant requisites can they come into effect and exercise the right of bill.
