摘要
大肠肝菌发酵液经超滤和乙醇沉淀获得聚唾液酸粗品 ,在 80°C水浴、p H2的条件下水解 3h,中和、离心后 ,上清液用离子交换色谱分离纯化 ,冷冻干燥后得到唾液酸成品 ,纯度达 98.1%。
Colominic acid produced by Escherichia coli K235-WXJ4 was purified by ultrafiltration, ethanol precipitation. After hydrolysis of colominic acid at pH 2.0,80℃ for 3 h, the hydrolysate containing sialic acid was neutralized and underwent ion exchange resins for further purification. The solid sialic acid with 98.1% purity was obtained by lyophilization.
