摘要
建立了测定呋喃妥因中呋喃西林和呋喃妥因水解产物 N-氨甲酰基 [[(5 -硝基 - 2 -呋喃基 )亚甲基 ]氨基 ]氨基乙酸 (3)的 HPL C方法。采用 C1 8色谱柱 ,以磷酸盐缓冲液 (p H4 .5 ) -四氢呋喃 (97∶ 3)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 6 5 nm。呋喃西林和 3的线性范围分别为 0 .16~ 0 .6 4和 1.6~ 6 .4μg/ m l,平均回收率分别为 10 1.2 %和 10 3.0 %。
A HPLC method for determination of related substances in nitrofurantoin was established. A C 18 column was used, with the mobile phase of phosphate buffer solution (pH 4.5)-tetrahydrofuran (97∶3), at the detection wavelength of 265 nm. Nitrofurazone and N-aminocarbonyl-[[(5-nitro-2-furanyl) methylene]-amino]glycine had good linearities in the range of 0.16~ 0.64 and 1.6~ 6.4 μg/ml, respectively. The average recoveries were 101.2% and 103.0%, respectively.
