注射用更昔洛韦的HPLC测定

Determination of Ganciclovir for Injection by HPLC

采用 HPL C法测定注射用更昔洛韦含量。色谱柱为 ODS柱 ,流动相为甲醇 - 0 .0 2 mol/ L 磷酸二氢钾 (10∶90 ) ,检测波长 2 5 5 nm,流速 0 .8ml/ min,线性范围为 0 .0 1～ 0 .1m g/ m l,回收率为 99.6 % ,RSD0 .89%。

A HPLC method for the determination of ganciclovir for injection was established. A ODS C 18 column(250×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used, with the mobile phase of methanol-0.02 mol/L pota- ssium dihydrogen phosphate solution(10∶90). The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min and detection wavelength was 255 nm. The linear range of calibration curve was 0.01~0.1 mg/ml(r=0.9999). The average recovery was 99.6% with RSD of 0.89%.
