摘要
将对奈福泮敏感的聚氯乙烯膜涂敷于 p H玻璃电极球部表面制成了一种奈福泮选择性电极。电极的 Nernst响应范围为 1.0× 10 - 2 ~ 1.0× 10 - 5m ol/L ;斜率为 5 7m V/p C;检测限为 6 .3× 10 - 6 m ol/L。应用该电极测定盐酸奈福泮药片中奈福泮的含量 ,结果与紫外分光光度法相符。
An ion selective glass electrode was prepared with nefopam-tetraphenylborate ion-pair complex as the electroactive material. The electrode showed Nernst response for nefopam in the range of 1.0×10 -2~1.0×10 -5 mol/L with a slope of 57 mV/pC. The detection limit was 6.3×10 -6 mol/L. The result was conformable to that of UV spectrophotometric method.
