摘要
地黄对百草枯具有较高的抗药性,稗草对百草枯较敏感。有光、无除草剂处理条件下,地黄、稗草在48h后,电导率无明显变化;有除草剂处理条件下,地黄的电导率比稗草的电导率增加缓慢。在无光条件下,地黄、稗草的电导率均缓慢增加。有光、有除草剂和无除草剂处理的情况下,地黄的叶绿素a、叶绿素b的含量变化不大,而稗草叶绿素a的含量比叶绿素b的含量变化幅度大。无光条件下,地黄和稗草的叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量变化不大。
Rehmanniae glutinosa had a high resistance to paraquat,but Echinochloa crusgalli was sensitive to paraquat.Under the treatment of light and no paraquat,48 hours later,the electrical conductivity of Rehmanniae glutinosa and Echinochloa crusgalli didn′t alter distinctly;under the treatment of paraquat,Rehmanniae glutiosa's electrical conductivity increased slower than Echinochloa crusgalli's.Under the treatment of no light,their electrical conductivity increased slowly.Under the treatment of light and without paraquat,the content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b in Rehmanniae glutinosa didn′t alter distinclty,but the content of chlorophyll a altered more greatly than that of chlorophyll b in Echinochloa crusgalli.Under the treatment of no light,the content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b in Rehmanniae ghutinosa and Echinochloa crusgall didn′t alter greatly.
