地黄、稗草对百草枯耐性差异研究 被引量:7

摘要 地黄对百草枯具有较高的抗药性,稗草对百草枯较敏感。有光、无除草剂处理条件下,地黄、稗草在48h后,电导率无明显变化;有除草剂处理条件下,地黄的电导率比稗草的电导率增加缓慢。在无光条件下,地黄、稗草的电导率均缓慢增加。有光、有除草剂和无除草剂处理的情况下,地黄的叶绿素a、叶绿素b的含量变化不大,而稗草叶绿素a的含量比叶绿素b的含量变化幅度大。无光条件下,地黄和稗草的叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量变化不大。 Rehmanniae glutinosa  had a high resistance to paraquat,but Echinochloa crusgalli was sensitive to paraquat.Under the treatment of light and no paraquat,48 hours later,the electrical conductivity of Rehmanniae glutinosa  and Echinochloa crusgalli  didn′t alter distinctly;under the treatment of paraquat,Rehmanniae glutiosa's  electrical conductivity increased slower than Echinochloa crusgalli's.Under the treatment of no light,their electrical conductivity increased slowly.Under the treatment of light and without paraquat,the content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b in Rehmanniae glutinosa didn′t alter distinclty,but the content of chlorophyll a altered more greatly than that of chlorophyll b in Echinochloa crusgalli.Under the treatment of no light,the content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b in Rehmanniae ghutinosa and Echinochloa crusgall didn′t alter greatly. 
