淫羊藿总黄酮提取物对维甲酸致大鼠骨质疏松模型的影响

Effect of Epimedium grandiflorum Morr. Powder on Retinoic Acid-induced Osteoporosis in Rat

以维甲酸引起大鼠骨质疏松为模型,研究了淫羊藿的抗骨质疏松作用,结果表明,淫羊藿总黄酮提取物可提高骨密度,增加骨强度及韧性,减少骨吸收。

This paper reports the effect of Epimedium grandiflorum Morr.powder on retinoic acidinduced osteoporosis in Rat.The results showed that Epimedium grandiflorum Morr. powder increased serum calcium,improved bone mineral density,reduced the bone loss of osteoprotic rat and improved the biomechanic properties of bone.It is indicated that Epimedium grandiflorum  Morr. powder is effective in preventing and treating osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid.
