微波萃取气相色谱法测定兔肉中的有机氯农药残留

Determination of Organochlorine Pesticides in Rabit Sample by GC Using Microwave - Asisted Extration

研究了一种开管式微波辅助萃取(FOV-MAE)-气相色谱法测定兔肉中有机氯农药的分析方法。方法中九种有机氯农药回收率在84.7％～101.1%之间,相对标准偏差为3.4％～7.6％,测定结果与国家标准方法结果相当。该方法快速、准确、灵敏。

A method of FOV - MAE for determination of organochlorine pesticides in rabbit sample by GC - ECD was developed. The recoveries of the nine organochlorine pesticides were between 84.7% and 101.1 % , the relative strandard deviations between 3.4% and 7.6% . The analysis results agree quiet well with those obtained by traditional method. The method is rapid, efficient and accurate.
