摘要
研究水附着状态下不同基体组织球墨铸铁的断裂韧性脆化行为的结果表明 ,水附着状态下 ,具有较高抗拉强度的奥贝球铁、淬火回火球铁及珠光体球铁的弹塑性断裂韧性 (JⅠc)显著下降 ,发生明显的断裂韧性脆化行为 ;
The embrittlement behavior of fracture toughness for ductile cast iron with various kinds of matrix by contact with water was investigated in this paper. The elastic plastic fracture toughness (JⅠc) of austempered, quenched tempered and pearlitic ductile iron that has relatively high tensile strength decreased remarkably, shows obvious embrittlement behavior of fracture toughness. But, as cast with higher ferrite content and ferritic ductile cast iron exhibit no embrittlement behavior of fracture toughness under condition of contact with water.
