摘要
上海一钢公司750 m^3高炉煤比突破170 kg/t,主要攻关措施如下:改善原燃料质量;采用高风温、富氧喷煤;调整上、下部操作制度,保持炉况长期稳定;提高风速,优化高炉操作,活跃炉缸等。
PCI ratio of Shanghai First Steel's 750 m3 BF reached over 170 kg/t ,main measures were as follows, improving material and fuel quality ,adopting high blast temperature and oxygen enriched blast; adjusting upper and lower operation schedule to keep BF condition stability for long time,increasing blast velocity,optimizing BF operation and keeping hearth active.
