The inner hull of wave shape is an important component in small oil burning boiler, and its quality has immediate influence on good running to the boiler. There are many disadvantages for adopting the press forming techniques of mold to manufacture the inner hull of wave shape, so we are difficult to ensure its manufacturing quality. In contrast, the spinning techniques which is introduced in this paper is more fit to make it, it can obviously improve the product quality and efficiency.
