Study on the Effect of Material Parameters and Process Parameters on the Formability of Rectangle Box in Sheet Metal Forming Process

主要研究了材料参数及工艺参数对盒形件成形性能的影响 ,通过正交试验和计算机数值模拟相结合 ,确定了最佳的参数组合方式 ,并用该最优数据进行实际冲压 。

There are many factors effecting on formability in sheet metal forming. In this paper, the effects of material parameters and process parameters on the formability of rectangle box are mainly discussed. Combining orthogonal design of experiment and computer numerical simulation, we can specify the optimal parameters. And, the result from real experiment is in agreement with the optimal result of numerical simulation.
