本文结合厦门大学图书馆的实践,指出图书馆物业管理的市场化运作是必然趋势,物业管理体系创新的意义广泛又深远。
Based on the practice of Xiamen University Library, the article argues that the marketing of library real estate management shows the inexorable trend, and that the system innovation of library real estate management is of wide and far - reaching significance.
