超滤法提取肌苷几个主要参数的研究

Studies on Major Parameters of Inosine Processing

本实验对超滤法提取肌苷乾地了研究 .采用超过滤膜对肌苷发酵液进行超滤 ,再经浓缩、结晶、干燥 ,得到粗苷 .实验确定最佳超滤条件为 :压力 0 .15 Mpa,温度 6 4.9℃ .肌苷提取收率为 :85 .7% ,其粗苷中粗苷含量为 :73.2 % .比离子交换法提取肌苷 ,收率提高 15个百分点 ,肌苷成本降低 40 %左右 .

Extraction of inosine in fermention broth with ultrafiltration membrane were investigated and filtration condition were founded.They were 0.15Mpa for pressure and 64.9 for the temperature.The result showed that:extraction rate was 85.7% and the content of inosine in the rough-inosine was 73.2%.Compared with the extraction of inosine by ion-exchang of the inosine the exraction rate wes improved by 15% and the investment(capital) cost of inosine was decreased by about 40%.
