摘要
二氢黄樟油素主要用于合成高效、用途广泛的农药增效剂———胡椒基丁醚 .采用自行研制的改性骨架铜催化剂 ,在 4 0℃ ,1MPa下对黄樟油进行了催化氢化得到二氢黄樟油素 ,反应的转化率为 99.8% ,收率为98.0 % .对催化剂的电镜和X射线衍射分析表明活性中心被抑制和催化剂结构的规整性可能是导致催化剂活性。
Dihydrosafrol is mainly used to synthesize piperonyl butoide which is a widely used insecticide synergist.With self-made modified Raney-Cu as catalyst,at 40?℃,1.0 MPa,safrol was hydrogenated to dihydrosafrol.The conversion rate is 99.8% and the yield is 98.0%.With the aid of SEM and XRD analysis,the high conversion and yield of this reaction was explained by the regular structure of the catalyst and the inhibited excess active site of the Raney-Cu.
