水性聚氨酯的合成与性能研究(I) 聚氨酯组成对其性能的影响

Study on the properties of water-based polyurethane(I) influence of polyurethane composition on the properties

由聚酯多元醇、IPDI、DMPA等以不同配方合成了水性聚氨酯乳液 ,并对其性能进行了研究。结果发现 :DMPA含量、NCO/ OH比值均影响水性聚氨酯的黏度。

Water-based polyurethane (WPU) was synthesized with polyol, IPDI and DMPA etc. Its properties were studied. It showed that the content of DMPA and the ratio of NCO/OH influenced viscosity, particle size, mechanical properties of WPU.
