本文介绍了国内外农产品加工技术与装备的发展趋势和存在的差距。通过对新阶段市场需求的分析 ,阐述了我国“十五”期间农产品加工技术与装备的发展重点和发展步骤 ,并提出行业发展的相关政策和措施。

This paper introduced the developing tendency of agro-processing technology and equipment at home and abroad and the existed gap. By means of analyzing the market requirement at present stage, the author briefly indicated the developing stresses and steps of agro-processing in China during the '10th 5-year plan', put forward the related policies and measures to develop this industry.
