摘要
蔬菜纸产品是一种新型的食品。本文分析了国内外对蔬菜纸产品加工工艺的研究 ,对其中的关键成型技术进行了分析 ,并且介绍了护色与硫处理、粘结剂的选用、均质工艺等关键问题。
The Vegetable Paper is a kind of new food products. This article analyzes the researches on this product of abroad and in and the key technology of forming. Some problems such as the technology of preservation the nature color, the choice of adhesive, the technology of homogenizing are presented.
