Through the property analysis of the present vary grade rotor spinners, and associated with the residual productive capacity of fore-spinning equipments after spindle decreasing, the BT902 rotor spinner and the BT903 rotor spinner with semiautomatic piecing device are selected out and the moderate speed rotor spinning production line is constructed, which can produce middle or high-grade yarn products. The properties of BT902 and BT903 rotor spinners are introduced, the performance of BT903 rotor spinner in producing the low twist knitting yarn is also given out and the yarns produced by BT902 and BD200SN rotor spinners are compared. The problems in running are pointed out and the measures to be adopted are also given out, and the items to pay much attention to in maintenance and attendance are also put forward.
