介绍了夹钳-吸盘式单层快速压贴生产线主要设备热压机及装卸板机的结构特点和工作原理,测试结果表明,该生产线将大大提高人造板厂装饰贴面的生产率。

The SFL6100 singledeck fast overlaying production line is a new product developed by SUFOMA Company Ltd. In this article, the design principles, structural features and parameter calculations for the main equipment in the line, such as the hot press and the loading & unloading machine, were discussed and their advantages analyzed. The test results for the equipment showed that the efficiency of this new type of overlaying production line could be greatly increased when the clamp framevacuum chuck devices were installed on the loading and unloading machine.
