天津作为我国重要的综合性港口城市和东北亚的重要港口城市 ,在物流业的发展战略上应将参与东北亚跨国物流作为首选目标。通过参与东北亚地区的物流体系网络建设 ,寻求自身的比较优势 ,以港口经济为前沿 ,积极参与担任东北亚经济区域物流中心的重要角色 ,进而带动和加强与世界经济的联系 ,逐步推进天津物流业与国际全面接轨 ,以迎接东北亚区域经济强劲发展态势带来的机遇与挑战。

As our country's comprehensive port city and the northeast Asia's important port city, Tianjin should look upon northeast Asia as the first target in developing the foreign logistics. By participating in the logistics system net construction in the northeast Asia, Tianjin can seek the comparative advantage; by relying on the port economy, it can play an important role in making itself become the logistics center in the northeast Asia so as to strengthen its connection with the world economy, to enable Tianjin's logistics to connect with the international logistics gradually in order to meet the chances and challenges brought by strong development state in the northeast Asia.
