Three subjects in health economy

分析全国特别是华东地区卫生总费用的变动趋势及构成 ,认为总费用增长属正常范围 ,但政府应加大对公共产品及农村卫生的投入力度。医院管理体制与社会主义市场经济体制不相适应 ,应采取“保”一头、“扶”一片、“放”一批的措施 ,建立新的医疗机构分类管理制度。“以药补医”的医疗服务补偿机制有其弊端 ,但应正确看待 ,逐步理顺。

Analyzing the change trend and components of Chinese especial eastern total health expenditure of China, the author thought that the increase of total health expenditure was normal and that the government should strengthen investment in public health and rural health. In order to resolve the in-adaptation between current hospital management system and socialism market economy system, the government should establish new classified management system in medical institutions. There were some disadvantages in the compensation mechanism of medical services, which should be understood correctly and be resolved gradually.
