摘要
目的 :探讨激素性股骨头缺血坏死 (简称ANFH)中前列环素 (简称PGI2 )、血栓烷 (简称TXA2 )的变化及骨复生对其影响及作用。方法 :选用 40只有兔造模 ,成功后分为骨复生组(A)、马氏骨片组 (B)、模型组 (C)和空白对照组 (D)。并在造模后与中药治疗后观测动物组织形态学及血浆PGI2 、TXA2 各项指标变化。结果 :(1 )激素模型组动物组织形态学检查示骨坏死发生严重。 (2 )中药治疗组动物组织形态学检查及指标检测示骨坏死发生较轻。结论 :(1 )激素造成血栓前状态 ,产生血管内凝血 (简称IC)而导致ANFH发生。 (2 )骨复生可恢复TXA2 -PGI2
Objects: The paper is to study the effects of changes of PGI2 and TXA2 as well as bone reproduction on hormonal Ischemic Necrosis of femoral head. Methods: 40 domestic rabbits were selected to make models successfully. Then the models were divided into Bone Reproduction Group(A), Ma's Sclerite Group(C), Model Group and Blank Control Group(D). After making the models and treatment with traditional Chinese drugs, we observed various index changes of animal histomorphology and PGI2 and TXA2. Results: (1) Animal morphologhical examinations of the hormonal group revealed severe bone necrosis; (2) animal morphological examinations and index examinations showed mild bone necrosis in the group of treatment with traditional Chinese drugs. Conclusion: (1)Hormones cause the prethrombolic state to result in internal clots(IC), giving rise to hormonal ischemic necrosis of femoral head; (2) bone reproduction may restore the balance of TXA2 - PGI2.
