闭合性肾损伤62例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 62 cases with close renal injury

目的探讨闭合性肾损伤的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾分析 62例闭合性肾损伤的临床资料。结果血尿 60例(96.8% )。静脉尿路造影术 (IVU)检出率为 71.0 % ,B超检出率为 85 .4% ,CT检出率为 10 0 %。保守治愈 5 2例 ,手术治愈 7例 ,选择性肾动脉栓塞治愈 3例。结论尿液检查和B超检查快速安全无损伤 ,CT检查准确率高。治疗方法取决于肾损伤程度。

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of close renal injury.Methods 62 cases of close renal injury were reviewed retrospectively.Results Hematuria occurred in 60 cases(96.8%).71.0% of the patients could be found by intravends urography(IVU),85.4% by B ultrasonography,and 100% by CT.52 cases were cured by conservative treatment,7 cases by operation and 3 cases by selective renal artery embolization.Conclusion Urine inspection and B ultrasonography are quick,safe and harmless in examining the patients.CT scanning is highly accurate in diagnosis.Therapy depends on the degree and area of renal injury and the conditions of the coexistent injuries.
