海尔福对砷中毒小鼠肾功能的影响

The effects of Haierfu on the mouse kidneys with arsenic poisoning

目的 观察海尔福口服液对砷中毒小鼠肾功能的影响。方法 选择健康小鼠 32只 ,按随机原则分为①中毒组、②中毒治疗组、③药物对照组、④正常对照组 ,每组 8只。用亚砷酸钠染毒 ,后②、③组用海尔福口服液和亚硒酸钠(NaSeO2 )进行治疗 ,连续 30天。实验结束时取血清测定肌酐 (Cr)和还原型谷胱甘肽 (GSH ) ;处死动物 ,取肾组织 ,作病理检查。结果 ③、④组血清肌酐明显低于①组 ,t分别为 3 .0 5 5 ,4.14 4 ,P均 <0 .0 1,②组血清GSH高于①组 ,t=2 .391,P <0 .0 5 ,治疗组肾损害明显轻于砷中毒组。结论 海尔福口服液对砷中毒小鼠肾脏具有保护作用。

Objective To study the effects of Haierfu on mouse kidneys with Arsenic poisoning.Methods 32 healthy mice were randomly allocated to four groups: Group A (the poisoning group, n=8), Group B (the poisoning mice treated with Haierfu, n=8), Group C (the poisoning mice treated with NaSeO 2, n=8), and control group (the mice treated with normal saline, n=8). The mice in Group A, B and C were injected with Sodium arsenite. Then they received the treatmnt with Haierfu oral liquid and NaseO 2, respectively. 30 days continuously. The levels of serum Creatinine (Cr) and GSH were determined at the end of the test. Kidneys had been obtained from the sacrificed mice for pathological examination.Results The levels of Cr in Group C and D were lower than those in Group A, t=3.055, 4.144, respectively, P<0.01. The levels of GSH in Group B were higher than those in Group A, t=2.391, P<0.05. The damage to kidneys in Group B and C were less serious than that in Group A.Conclusions The results prove that Haierfu could significantly protect the mouse kidneys from Arsenic poisoning.
