百色市社区中老年糖尿病危险因素与糖尿病发病关系的调查分析

Relationship between risk factors and the attack of diabetes mellitus in the middle-old age men in Bose communities

目的 探讨百色市社区中老年糖尿病危险因素与糖尿病发病的关系。方法 采用WHO诊断标准 ,随机抽样2 0 12例进行问卷调查、体格检查、血液生化指标测定 ,分析糖尿病的危险因素。结果 确诊为糖尿病 16 8例 ,患病率为8.35 %。以 40～岁组患病率最低 ,6 0～岁组和 70～ 79岁组较高 ,80岁以上组为最高。糖尿病人血脂异常 117例 ,占糖尿病患者的 6 9.6 4%。体重指数 (BMI)≥ 2 5的人群糖尿病患病率是腰臀比值 (BMI) <2 5的人群的 2 .6 3倍 ;腰臀比值(WHR)≥ 0 .9的人群糖尿病患病率是WHR <0 .9人群的 2 .9倍。在糖尿病者中 ,合并有高血压的是非高血压的 3 .4倍。吸烟与饮酒的量越大 ,年限越长 ,糖尿病患病率越高。运动方式以跑步为主的人群 ,糖尿病患病率较以散步为主的低。结论 高龄群体具有高患病风险的特点 ,高血压、血脂异常、肥胖、吸烟与饮酒 ,以及缺少运动或达不到有效运动量 ,是中老年患糖尿病的危险因素。

Objective To observe the relationship between risk factors and the attack of diabetes mellitus (DM) in the elderly men in Bose communities.Methods A WHO diagnostic standard was used to analyze the risk factors of DM in 2012 cases in the ways of question-test-paper investigation, physical examination and blood biochemical criterion determination.Results 168 cases were diagnosed with DM, the incidence rate was 8.35%. The lowest incidence rate was found in the 40～year group, and higher rates in 60～year group and in 70～79 year group, and the highest rate in over 80～year group. 117 patients with DM associated with abnormal blood-lipid made up of 69.64% of all the patients with DM. The incidence rate of DM in the group of BMI≥25 was 2.63 times as many as that in the group of BMI<25; and in the group of WHR≥0.9 was 2.9 times as many as in the group of WHR<0.9. In patients with DM, the incidence rate of DM associated with hypertension was 3.4 times as many as those without hypertension. The more the patients smoked and drunk, the higher rates of DM they would had. The jogging men would suffer from less DM than those of strolling ones.Conclusions Elderly man is easy to suffer from DM. The high risk factors of DM in middle-old age men are hypertension, abnormal blood-lipid, obesity, smoking and drinking alcohole as well as lack of exercise or doing ineffective exercise.
