摘要
目的 :探讨微波辐照对小鼠外周血淋巴细胞HPRT基因突变的影响 .方法 :选用频率 2 4 5 0MHz微波 ,采用不同功率密度 (5 ,10 ,30mW·cm 2 )辐照小鼠 ,连续辐照 1,3,7d后 ,心脏取血 ,应用多核细胞法检测HPRT基因位点突变频率 .结果 :淋巴细胞HPRT基因位点突变率随着辐照时间延长和辐照强度的增大呈增加趋势 ,30mW·cm-2 微波照射 7d组淋巴细胞HPRT基因突变频率与对照组相比相差显著(P <0 0 5 ) .结论 :2 4 5
AIM: To investigate the effects of HPRT ge ne mutation of peripheral blood lymphocytes in mice after 2450 MHz microwave expos ure. METHODS: Mice were divided into two groups. One gro up was of the same power density (30 mW·cm -2 ) but for different exposure time (1, 3 and 7 d). The other group was for the same exposure time (7 d) but of different power density (5, 10, 30 mW·cm -2 ). Blood was collected from th e mice hearts after exposure and HPRT gene mutations were examined by multinucle us cell assay. RESULTS: HPRT gene mutation frequency in creased with the lengthening of the exposure time and the enhanced microwave den sity. HPRT gene mutation frequency in mice peripheral blood lymphocytes signific antly increased compared with that of the control after 30 mW·cm -2 microw ave exposure for 7 d (P < 0 05). CONCLUSION : 2450 MHz microwave may induce HPRT gene locus mutation in mice peripheral bl ood lymphocytes.
